Returns & Exchanges

At SIMO, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all eligible devices. To ensure a smooth process, items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your SIMO account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Device

    Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables and manuals are included.

  • 3.
    Ship the Package

    Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
